   I recently purchased a new url, I stupidly added it into the wordpress general settings as the url and now I'm unable to log-on! (I guess I thought it would change the url name but keep my same info)

   Anyways, now I can't log-on, edit my posts do anything! It seems to be in some type of endless loop, I can't even request a password ... I'm quite angry at myself.

   Can someone please help I already tried to solve it by:

   "One way is to disable the .htaccess redirection temporarily by placing # before the line or eliminating the entries entirely and trying to Login again."

   But it hasn't worked ... :( Anyways, I appreciate any help possible ... I usually update daily and now I'm a couple days behind.

   Thanks Samuel B. But since I cannot log in, I cannot use any of these methods ...

   Now read the page at that link again. You do not need to login to your site.
