   I cannot import the contet of my blog form the previous blog to the actual. The versions are the same, 2.2(.3).

   When I go the the import section, WordPress says: 'Choose a WordPress WXR file than click Upload to import it.'

   First, I do not know what format is that WXR, and
   Second, when I try to import the normal XML exported file i does not import it.

   What can it be the solution? Thanks!

   The WXR file is created by doing an export from your 'previous blog'.

   Administration > Manage > Export
