Sometimes it is necessary to logout from your account, close the browser and clear/delete the browser cache. then reboot your machine and everything gets sorted out.
Something must be in the computer memory to cause havocs to your work.
Just reboot the machine and and start again.
Post back if the problem persists.

Hello w’pressers,
I’m using the canyon theme and I cannot change the header image on each page by using the ‘featured image’ under the ‘pages’ menu tab. Is it visible in the ‘featured image’ box on the dashboard however when you ‘update’ and view there is no change to the header image.
How do I change the header image to be different on each page and not random. Thank you
I tried to clear the browser cache, I am not sure if I did it properly though. I think I did. I logged out, reset the computer and there is no change

Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or your hosting site’s file manager. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Wow it was a plugin. Thanks so very much! I couldn’t work out why it wasn’t working.
The plugin was called “simple links”
Now I have to find another link plugin.
