I cannot access my dashboard

    Hi,
    My blog was working 100% OK yesterday.
    Today, while I tried too access my dashboard, the only screen I get is the one of the Login.
    If I enter my login and password nothing happens, it returns to the same screen but in the URL: Mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmysite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
    I’ve reinstalled WP 3.1 erasing everything (but the wp-config.php and the WP-Contents directory). It doesn’t work.
    My blog is running OK by the way. But I can get into my dashboard.
    Please help !!
