I bought a theme, came with 3 files, which do I install?

    Hi there:

    This is my first experience with WordPress.

    From what I read and saw in youtube before buying a theme, installation wise, all I needed to do was to download the theme’s zip file to my computer, go to my WP admin and finish installing the downloaded zip file.

    The thing is that with the bought theme I am presented with 3 zip files: one the themesname zip file, another one themesname ending in .psd.zip and the third one is the themesname ending in ..-xhtml.zip

    Can you please guide me on which zip file should I download ?

    From what I read so far before posting it seems I need to download and install only the themesname . zip Just want to be sure.

    But if the above is the case, what are the other two files for and how can I use them in the future ?
