I am getting this weird green globe that I don't know how to get rid of. If I link my page on Facebook without a post attached...just the domain, it comes up. I have to link a post to the page to get a regular image.
Does anyone know what I should do? Do I need to set a website image?
Thanks so much,
Strange Globe
I am getting a parse error
You have a plugin installed called WP-OGP that either doesn't have the default image setup in the plugin configuration (I have never used the plugin, so this is a guess)
OR
the plugin just automatically adds the following to the head section of your site:
`<meta property="og:image" content="http://tamaractalk.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-ogp/default.jpg">

Thank you! This is just driving me crazy....now the hard part....do I delete the plug in? What do I do?????
you can delete the plugin in admin panel clicking on plugins after you have deactivated the plugin

HELP! I uninstalled the plugin...deleted it, cleared the cache and STILL get that globe when I put the name of my page on facebook!
Facebook was still caching the globe image. Facebook has a tool that will clear their cache and give you the data they see for your site: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
I already added your URL and now you should not see the globe image any longer. If you have future issues with Facebook, the link above is your best 1st step.
