   Okay my blog URL is xxx.org and my wordpress installation directory is xxx.org/wordpress

   So when I go to xxx.org/wordpress/wp-admin I don't have to log in (cuz I have checked Remember Me at login) but when I go to xxx.org I don't see the "edit" links and all that show I'm logged in.

   Yesterday I fixed this by clearing ALL cookies related to xxx.org and then re-logging in. However I've reinstalled wordpress since cuz it screwed up. Today this method won't work.

   Help!

   Weird here it says

   The only catch is the "Edit this" links will no longer appear by every entry and comment if you're using this option. This is a limitation of how we're setting cookies, and this may be fixed in the future.

   but I managed to fix it yesterday?

   Solved. In my wordpress admin panel I have www. for the wordpress URL but not for the installation URL.
