I am buying a theme, and I need some questions answered about the plugins…

Hey everyone, I think I’m going to be buying the theme Javazine, which can be seen at over here:

I was wondering how easy it would be to add a twitter and flicker sidebar area like this theme has:

And what plugins would I need to get those features? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!!
