No we aren't currently able to merge topics.

And the last poster thing is a known issue. We're working on it. MOST of the time, it has a brain and works right. When you've been accidentally caught as spam, it gets dippy.

Your post was a bit unclear, and I did misread it. My bad there!
Anyway. You were flagged as a bozo by the software. This is an automated thing (not a judgement call) and happens when you post a lot in too short a time, with a lot of links and (perhaps) a couple keywords.
I unflagged you. In order to NOT get flagged again, if this happens, just wait :) We get alerted on the backend and we DO clear that out multiple times a day.
