i actived the plugin but i dont have widget in my theme, what i can do?
basic my theme is called easy white, it doesnt come with widget, but i dont know how to creat one!
and i dont know how to general a guest book???? help anyone!

You don't really have to "create" widgets. Just download them:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins/WordPress_Widgets#Third_Party_WidgetsAlso, make sure your sidebar is ready for widgets:
http://automattic.com/code/widgets/themes/
(or just choose a theme that is widget ready)
