Hyperlinks not working in blog – some words link, some don't

Hi, guys,
I’m experiencing a weird issue with hyperlinks in my blog posts. Links that were working perfectly last week are now unclickable, or in cases where the link consists of a sentence only one word is clickable. There does not seem to be any consistency in which words will work and which won’t, and sometimes a link will be clickable one moment, then not clickable the next (without reloading the page or making any sort of change). Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? It’s driving me nuts!
The WordPress theme is Easel. I tried posting on their forum a couple of days ago, but I haven’t had any replies.
