    hello, thank you for your help
    i'd like some help on how to transform text in a widget into a link to other pages.

    i found some instructions online (copied below), but i don't know how to follow these instructions. can you please tell me how to get to the point where i can insert the recommended text? thank you

    The plain code for a link to any webpage is this:

    TEXT HERE

    In most cases it’s better to use this:

    TEXT HERE

    This way the link opens in a new browser window or tab, so that visitors don’t really leave your blog when clicking on a link.

    i am sorry my question was not clear. i am not asking for help to make a link on a page - i can do that

    csn you help me find the code for text in a widget?

    set a "text widget" it understands html code.
    Place your link html information there.

    example:
    <a href="http://www.w3schools.com/">Visit W3Schools</a>
