Hyperlink problems, please help

Question, I am noticing that the permalinks at our Musings of the Monster Librarian blog using WordPress only gives the first sentence of the blog and there isn’t a way to see the rest of the blog entry. An example is:
http://www.monsterlibrarian.com/TheCirculationDesk/?p=245
How can we get the permalinks to show the whole entry or to go to that entry in the blog?
