Same exact problem here. This morning I upgraded to NextGen Version 2.0.7 and activated it (it had previously been deactivated because it caused my website to not display at all after the previous update). Everything looked great, and appeared to be working until I tried to write a new post and I could not add a link. I happened to do a google search and came across this page. I deactivated NextGen Version 2.0.7 and I can add links just fine.
@trdk29, @Dwaline: we’ve had numerous people report this but haven’t been able to duplicate it on any of our sites. If you are open to doing so, can you please submit a bug report with WordPress (and if willing FTP) login credentials so we can see the issue and troubleshoot?
