   It shows the new settings on saving but on a fresh reload all settings are lost. I have tried disabling and enabling the plugin. No use.

   ended up using a different plugin. tons of alternatives available.

   OperaManiac, wich version did use? Also php version? Did you make clean install ot update?

   After moving my website to a new domain, I'm having the same problem. The plugin is not saving my settings and doesn't appear to be caching anything either. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the issue.

   You have to remove advanced-cache.php from your wp-contend directory.
   Also you can edit advanced-cache.php and add correct definition of $hyper_cache['path']
