I just had a look at your URL. I can see the captcha in the comments reply box. I have tested in Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
Hi this is all the browsers I have checked and tested without any issues running Windows 7.
Browsers
1) FireFox = 28.0
2) Google Chrome = 34.0.1847.116
3) IE = 11
4) Seamonkey = 2.25

Okay I see what you mean. When I enter the details and add the captcha it gives me an error saying that I have entered the wrong captcha value. However I know that 5 + 9 = 14.
Have you tried a WordPress default theme like Twenty Thirteen or so just for testing? I suspect it is a theme problem and not a plugin problem. I am running Suffusion theme with Captcha and Hyper Cache without any issues.
Have you tried upgrading your theme to Hueman 1.3.9
Updated. Did not help. Thanks for the help, I will write to the author of the theme.
I changed the Hueman to the standard theme, did not help. Captcha is not updated.
Which version of captcha do you have installed?
Try to deactivate the captcha plugin and reactivate it again and if that does not work. Delete the plugin and install it again.
If all the above fails then you will have to deactivate all your plugins and test one by one to find out which plugin is causing the problem.
