First, that url does not output all those images. But does seem to do a lot of squirrel-ly things…I think you are just looking at the Media Library Page when logged in.
Does this happen using default theme and all plugins deactivated?
And your theme is a Commercial Product so you will need to ask them if issues continue when all plugins are deactivated and such theme is activated.

Sorry if I was not clear. Yes this is the media library and the link was a sample, there are hundreds of others like it. The sample link goes to a page that says sample on it and the title of the page.
For instance this on says ico-7

I am just wondering if I should delete them and wonder where they came from?
thanks
We cannot see your media library so I have absolutely no way to respond at this point…none of the known good security scanners are taking exception to your site, that said, what do the images depict?
Block all users from posting now and review each users role and set to none…a sad sideshow to hacking a website is sharing obscure links on another host to images that are not likely desired (hate, death, porn, gosh forbid on a site you run, kiddie porn)…so you really need to know what content your site hosts- always.
If any of the above is of concern contact your web host right away and also local law enforcement.
I urge you to review these topics in a timely manner:

Anything less will probably result in the hacker walking straight back into your site again.
