    @amber84 the link to your site is broken.
    Can you check and resend (along w/ the theme you are using)?

    Thanks for using the plugin!

    It appears you have fixed the problem.

    I did see that in Chrome the load bar on the slider is above the menu.
    You can fix this by adding the following to your childtheme’s style.css file:

    .tp-bannertimer {z-index:199;}

    Thank you for using the plugin!

    I am facing the same problem. Visit my site at http://planlinksghana.com

    I am using the ProjectTheme by sitemile. Can the same code be used .tp-bannertimer {z-index:199;} in my style.css file

    Thanks

    That should be no problem.
    Please make a new support thread if you are still having the problem.

    Thanks for using the plugin!

    I am also having the same problem. My website is http://mobimax-mi.com

    I am just new to wordpress, I don’t know HOW to follow your instructions on adding .tp-bannertimer {z-index:199;} to a childtheme’s style.css. My problem is that (in creating a child theme) I don’t know where to find and install the child theme directory. Help me please.

    Thanks.
