Help! I am going crazy ;-) I bought a nice theme. Installed it and activated it. So far so good. Then I am uploading a photo thru cms of the theme and it will create a double link like "http://domainname.nl/http://domainname.nl/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/GOU.FIN_.Logo_1.gif". Then I take a look in the root folder of wordpress and it created a http: folder. What am I doing wrong?

Is it a rights issue (777)? Is it my installation?

The theme has a lot of nice features inside but they don't work now. It uses the GD library to resize pictures, but it don't work now.

Please is there anybody that could help me? I am desperate.

    2 things to try.

reset your permalinks (save back to default, test your site, then save back to your custom structure)

Also, resetting your uploads path. In settings-> miscellaneous. Check the path, even if its right, click save again.

Thanks I think that was it. The upload path was "http://domainname/wp-content/uploads". Changed it to "wp-content/uploads" and it looks like that did it.

    Cheers
