HTTP Error when uploading

    I’ve been reading through a lot of the other posts on this subject, haven’t found anything that works yet.

    I’m running a fresh install of hiawatha server with php5 and a fresh install of wordpress 3.9.1.

    Everything works fine except for uploading. I keep receiving the an HTTP error when I try to upload anything, including jpg, png, mp3, etc…

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is commonly caused by an over-aggressive configuration of your server’s mod_security module.

    I don’t think hiawatha uses mod_security. Is there something specific for hiawatha webserver that I should look for? I am just using the default settings currently.

    You’re probably better off asking about this on a forum dedicated to your server software.
