    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm and let us know whether you are able to upload any images using the wordpress media uploader?

    Further, could you please try changing the folder permissions of the ‘/wp-content/uploads/’ folder to 777 and then have a recheck with the Smart Manager functionality.

    If still the issue persists, then request you to create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials along with the FTP credentials for your site at ‘support@storeapps.org’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
