    Learn to use FTP.

Login over FTP and delete the theme you installed from wp-contents/themes/. That should get the site back.

i dont have a ftp account, how will that work?

It is rare that you can’t FTP into a site. You need– have to have– a way to upload files in the first place. If you truly don’t have FTP access there must be some other kind of file manager provided by your host that will let you get to files without needing to go through the WordPress backend.

ive tried logging into the server, what will my host, username, and password be ????

Your FTP hostname, username, and password would have been given you to by your host when you set up the account, or sometimes you can find it somewhere on the hosting backend (cPanel is a popular backend). Or, as I said, there may be another way to access your files– a kind of web-based FTP-like tool. If you can’t find what you need, ask your host.
