  • Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Thank you for your response! I don’t seem to have FTP access to the host, but I will contact the website developer and see if this solves the problem.

    Update: I resolved the problem by logging into cPanel, finding the functions.php file that I had edited, and editing it back to the way it was. Fixed! I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. Thanks for the help.
