HTTP API Error

I have having problems when doing anything, really. Every time I try to do something where it connects to the internet, I get a wordpress error that says, “An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.” Whether it be searching for a template or finding plugins, it does not work.

Fresh install, nothing custom. Worked before, now it does not.

Help please.
