   I was working on my sire fine untill i uploaded a theme...the site then loced me out ...wordpress does not rember my loag in ( i have had to create a new one to do this) and I cant access my admin..

   Any ideas?

   delete that theme folder via FTP and WordPress will revert to using the WordPress Default theme.

   does this mean i am unable to use this theme or have i uploaded it incorrectly...

   How to i access the FTP?

   I suspect a problem in the theme; just use another theme if you are just starting out.

   access FTP using the same way you uploaded a theme..
