html/wp-includes/Text/Diff.php can not be copied on install

    Everytime I try to automatically upgrade it fails for the following reason

    Could not copy: html/wp-includes/Text/Diff.php.

    When I upgraded from 2.7 something to 2.8 same thing. Now from 2.8 to 2.8.1 same issue. I have to manual delete the wp include file and upload that file again via an ftp site. The text/diff file has permissions so I have no idea why this is happening.

    Any suggestions?

    In addition, I can’t delete the file, diff.php and transfer the new one which is older than the one in 2.8.
