I'm kind of fed up with the stuff I am using now - Dreamweaver annoys me, and ConTeXT and the like (programmer's notepad replacements) aren't oriented for HTML markup, they just seem to have the syntax highlighting.
I am looking for something light and simple, yet functional. It should preferably be free and for Windows.
