I have no idea where this code is coming from and showing up on my home page. I have deleted the theme from my directory and WordPress and reinstalled the theme...to no avail.
Does the code look familiar to you and if so can you tell me how to get rid of it?

Invalid login credentials!
I reinstalled this theme in a sub directory and the same code is showing up...it seems as if a file is corrupt.
I will change the theme I am using.

Your domain is being password protected. You need to look into why. Contact BlueHost and see if they can offer any assistance in troubleshooting why accessing your domain requires user authentication. Or, you could log into cPanel, look under security, and see if you have accidentally password protected your root directory.
