   Ever since we did an update (months ago) whenever we are in HTML view (instead of Visual) to tidy up the post, it would scroll to the top of the article.
   We then have to scroll back to where we were working only to have it happen again.

   Very fustrating. Is this "working as designed" or is it a bug?
   No widgets are installed.

   Just for info: I noticed this problem yesterday for the first time in 2.9.2. Only noticed it after I tried to install a plugin (a pdf plugin) that failed.

   Thanks Clausont! I see I am not the only one.
   I embed Youtube videos (that's another problem wit WP unding my validate code) and has to tweak it to make it validate.

   Ok. After futher testing I see this has to do with Internet Explorer and the compatibility view it has.
   If on, it causes the scroll and if off, works fine.
