    Hello,

    I was hoping you could help in multimedia coding - the below code I entered into a test html site and it works in all browsers, including Safari, but when I place into your plugin, the play, pause and other buttons do not work for .mp4s: (please note I did not put the actual paths to my videos for privacy reasons)

    <video id="video1" width="304" height="208" controls="controls">
    <source src="myvideosource.m4v" type="video/mp4" />
    <source src="myvideosource.webm" type="video/webm" />
    <source src="myvideosource.ogg" type="video/ogg" />
    </video>
    </div>

    Any thoughts as to why this is not working in Safari/IOS devices?

    Best,
    Joe

    The presentation has a lot of javascript going on, and would take quite a bit of debugging to figure out where the conflict was. My kneejerk answer is I really don't know why It's working in some browsers but not in others.

    Ahh ok - just a suggestion because I'm trying to build out a presentation with multiple videos and pieces of audio and would ideally like it to work on IOS devices

    Any direction in the future you can point me to I would great appreciate. Thanks!

    Best,
    Joe

    Do you know if youtube video embeds work? or iframe video embeds? That might be the method to try.

    Ah getting there! youtube iframe videos work, but when I go to manipulate the size, it does not recognize and keeps the video at the same size no matter how you adjust it

    Any suggestions?

    I used the old <object> tag and it now works for Safari and Chrome, but doesn't work in Firefox!

    Dammit haha

    Thoughts?
