HTML To WP Template In WP.org

    Howdy,

    I have created an HTML template for my website, which is free to download & is 100% GPL. I was wondering if I could convert it to a WordPress template with all coding standards and stuff, then will they accept my WordPress template.

    There was a term which says duplicate templates are not allowed, so will they consider my template as a duplicate template|
