I have a good HTML Template that i got thats totaly in HTML code, I want to use this for my style/template on WordPress, but i dont know how to convert it or what to change etc... Can someone give me sugjestions or if this is possible. I can change the .html files to .php so it will allow the php code.

Ok, Also What would be the best forums to use if i want to have the same template as my WordPress (basically just change the file it requires) phpBB or Invision Power Boards? (or something else thats good and free?)

Not really sure, although I believe the WordPress folk here use a modified version of miniBB. I guess with enough time--and patience--most forum software can be bent to your sense of style.
