   When editing comments with the visual editor enabled, all the HTML element brackets get converted to entities. Doesn't happen if the visual editor is off. Am I doing something wrong?

   Tried it on several different installations of WordPress, with all comments disabled.

   Yes, it is a known (and annoying) issue. I believe I found it in trac as fixed in the next release.
