HTML Form not uploading correctly

    I have a webform that I have been trying to upload with no luck. The HTML Code is generated by a 3rd party CSS company that I use. It has a UTF-8 file I have attached with it through a UTF plugin. Anyone have any experience with this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can provide any additional information needed.

    The main problems

    1. the Submit button for the information isn’t working yet or showing up properly
    2. the first 3 data entry textboxes arent showing up information inputted correctly
    3. the form isn’t fitting correctly into the template

    I am inputting the HTML code into the HTML editor and not the WYSISYG

    I’m using plugin called Contact Form 7 for web forms. It’s very customizable and great. It has built-in functions like Captcha, File Upload & many more.

    + it supports multi-language inteface.
