   HELP. I have a problem using html, as follows:

   1. <i> is ok on the first save. On the 2nd save it reverts to and forces a line break. When in view mode, and placed from the italics button always becoems and creates a line break

   2.
   is ok on 1st save, but on 2nd save forces a paragraph break.

   Just don't use the visual mode when writing markup inside a post - it will break.
