HTML coding changes

It seems my pages are set to not be indexed by all search engines and all links to be no-follow. I am trying to find the coding that I think is causing this but don’t know where to look because the only place I can find an Html tab to click on is on the pages that I have posted articles on. I need to index my entire blog not just these pages.
