HTML code in gallery and incorrect YouTube url

I have been using this plugin for awhile and I noticed recently that the gallery shows HTML code above each video thumbnail i.e. title=”Foodopoly: The Battle Over the Future of Food and Farming in America” class=”thickbox”>

It does this for every video in the gallery and when you click on the video thumbnail, it does not take you to the video or plays it.

Is there a fix for this?
