Hi I was wondering how to create a Table of Contents with HTML. Similar to how Wikipedia has some of their pages set up. Once you click a link in the table of contents, you are brought down to that part of the page.
I don't know how to do this in WordPress, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

THanks! I figured it out with a Hackadelic Table of Contents plugin :) I wanted to avoid using one but I think it was my only choice.
