    You should be able to do that in your CSS code using the following code:

    #respond p.form-allowed-tags {
        display: none;
    }

    But the above code should be put into a custom CSS option or plug-in file or a Child Theme stylesheet so that you don't lose all of your changes when your theme is updated.
