[resolved] .htaccess mod_rewrite Redirect help (4 posts)

    All, I need to get some assistance with my main .htaccess.

    Previously ZenCart was installed at the root of a domain, http://www.domain.com/, and WordPress was installed at http://www.domain.com/blog/

    Now, the store has been moved to store.domain.com, and the blog to http://www.domain.com

    I want to redirect any links existing posts coming to domain.com/blog/post to domain.com/post.

    Can anyone provide any assistance on making an .htaccess redirect rule?

  3. That won't help add a new htaccess rule to sort out people going to the old location.

    RewriteRule ^blog/(.*)$ http://www.yoursite.net/$1 [L,R=301]

    That's it. Put it above your wordPress rules :)

    @T-P, I did review that, and it doesn't help for this situation.

    @Ipstenu, Thank you! That's perfect.
