.htaccess file question

    I updated Better WP Security and my website went down w/ 403 forbidden error. I went into c-panel and deleted .htaccess file and and my website is back up. How do I add .htaccess file back or do I need to?

    Resave permalinks from Admin > Settings > Permalinks to your custom preferred URL structure. It should create the file automatically.
