   I was trying to troubleshoot my inability to drag widgets. In doing so, I edited the .htaccess file.

   Problem is, after restoring the original .htaccess file, I can't access my website. It comes up as a white screen.

   Any ideas on what I need to do to get my website back? It's really confusing to me that after restoring the original .htaccess file that everything isn't back to normal.

   Try deleting your wp root .htaccess file.
