htaccess and mod_rewrite not working?

Hi peeps,i need help..

my htaccess now looking empty O.O before 2 days everything was OK and now im getting 404 error on some functions on my blog..

# BEGIN WordPress

# END WordPress

when i try add new htaccess this not working i don’t know why..

is maybe mod_rewrite off on the server? and how i can turn on?

i contacted my host support but they didn’t reply to me yet – really slow support 🙁
