Ok so i wanted to know how can i put ads on my site like these guys?

Im refering to the ads on the right sidebar.Are they using some sort of plugin / widget? cuz it seeems like alot of blogs have the same banner 2 column style ads. THank You for any advice you may have

They are not his sites they are eexamples of the adverts plugins he is trying to find.
Ductile try searching sponsors in plugins
bob2020 you can browse through the themes for wp in the extend section or from you wp admin you can search and preview them.
