Hello, i already opened a forum topic "Nothing work after moving to a new server" but it get messy and complicated and contain a handful questions, problems and hypothesis.
In this topic i want to ask a simpler question: How i disable permalinks without using php?
I can't get any php related page on my server, and i suspect that permalinks and .htaccess are causing this problem.

WordPress isn't going to work at all without PHP. It needs PHP to access the database, for example. See the docs at http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
