How would you convert this site to WordPress?

    I made a site with another CMS (www-tacoma-cc). I want to put it into wordpress. I already know that I will have to manually enter everything. What I need help with is understanding the page-category-post structure. I can’t figure it out. Can someone look at my site and offer advice?

    As you can see I have 3 main categories:
    * Pre-Installation Notes
    * Front Installation
    * Rear Installation

    Inside the Front Installation and Rear Installation categories I have all the sequential steps for doing each task.

    How do I organize this in WordPress? I would like it so the link to HomePage and 3 categories appear somewhere in the same order I have them on the site and I would like all the sequential steps to appear with NEXT and PREVIOUS.
