How would I go about doing this…

    I am sorry I dont even know what it is called what I want to do so I am not able to search for a solution.

    But for example when I make a post I want to be able to type in “Hello I am [name]” and when displayed in the browser it will replace [name] with my name.

    How will I go about doing this, is it called a snippet?
