   Basically I have a background image and every time someone refreshes the page, I want it to change to another background image. How can I achieve this?

   I use the following script...

   http://ma.tt/scripts/randomimage/

   ...to do this in the header of my site here...

   [link moderated]

   ...and it works great. You could do the same thing for the background or any other image.

   thanks for the links. i'll take a look at both ideas and see which one works best for my site. :)

   -edit- just realized the second link is actually referenced in the first link. =P
