   My primary domain is loybanks.com
   I have that domain equipped with six separate WP Sub-Domains.
   Then I also have the Complete RAP Program also installed under public_html

   So I'm most interested in knowing how the SEO Engines handle such sub-domains and RAP?

   Do they handle same as upper level domain? All input will be appreciated. Thanks.

   No idea what a 'Complete RAP Program' is but Google and other search engines handle subdomains generally as part of the main site.
