How will I make this domain name change?

    Will be making a domain name change on monday.

    Right now I have domain1 and will be changing to domainx

    I plan on using the same database so info will be in there, but what about links?

    If it used to be domain1.com/page1
    how do i change all the links so they are now
    domainx.com/page1

    There are a couple of ways, but my preferred method is to dump the database and use a text editor (EditPlus 3 is my favorite) and do a find/replace. Then drop the tables and import the edited file back into the database.

    politjunkie, there is a search and replace plugin if you are talking about content within posts.

    Whooami, I think I am.

    It is a real estate site

    oldrealestatesite.com/house1

    and there is a post on the main page that links to that

    I need it to now be

    newrealestatesite.com/house1
    and have the post link there
